Today we are snowblowing and getting the salamander ready for action.  Tomorrow we will be planting leek seeds in the greenhouse.  Leeks are a new item for us this year.  We are looking forward to having them this summer.   What have you ever used leeks for?  Let us know!  Louise Keckler - Orchard Country Produce
